Johan de Lange

Johan de Lange graduated in graphic design from the University of Johannesburg in 2004 and has worked as a freelance illustrator and artist ever since. His work is characterised by his great love of nature and often includes detailed illustrations that celebrate the unique South African flora and fauna. He works with both traditional media such as pen and paper as well as digital colour techniques. His commercial projects to date include work for Red Wing Heritage and Patagonia. In his free time he enjoys snorkelling, hiking and botany and conservation.
