Delivery will take place within 30 days, after arranging an appointment with our shipping company.
Information on delivery times can be found on the respective product detail pages.
Since we only offer original works of art, delivery times cannot always be predicted exactly. For this reason, we ask for your understanding for longer delivery times.
We deliver to Germany, Liechtenstein, Austria and Switzerland. We select our shipping partners particularly carefully.
Customs or import fees for deliveries of goods outside Germany:
We have no influence on the fees charged by the recipient countries and cannot inform you of these in advance. The customs regulations of the recipient countries are not standardized. If you require more detailed information, please contact the customs office responsible for your region. Please note that you must comply with the respective country's regulations when importing goods.
Import requirements for Switzerland and Liechtenstein: Please note that duties (e.g. customs fees, VAT) may be incurred for deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. The customs authorities of the Swiss Confederation will answer any questions you may have about the extent of the duties or the details of import processing.
Delivery times may vary due to supplier workloads and Corona regulations. We will endeavour to keep the period as short as possible. Thank you very much.
Who pays for the return transport of the work?
Returns and withdrawals are at the buyer's expense and risk. In general, our works of art are freight forwarding goods and
must be returned to us via a shipping company. We will be happy to put you in touch with the shipping companies that work for us.
The goods are damaged, what should I do?
Contact us as soon as you notice damage to the artwork. Take photos of the artwork immediately so that we can show us its condition and find the best solution. Depending on the extent of the damage, we can either have the artwork restored or the artwork returned. In the latter case, your payment will be refunded. Of course, we will cover all costs incurred for restoration or return transport.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your artwork order, please send an email to info@soulofafrika.com with your order number. We can only cancel your order if it has not yet been handed over to our logistics partner.
After delivery, you have the option to refuse acceptance and the artwork will automatically be returned to us
returned. And you only pay the one-time shipping costs.

Pay for your art purchase conveniently and securely with Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
Prepayment
Pay easily and conveniently via SEPA transfer. As soon as we receive your payment, we will of course inform you and arrange for shipping.
PayPal
Pay easily and conveniently via PayPal.
All prices are final prices in EURO including the currently applicable VAT. If the VAT rate changes, we reserve the right to adjust the final EURO prices accordingly.
