Ticket - voucher for a wine tasting

The perfect gift for any occasion: a voucher for one or more people for a wine tasting in the SOUL OF AFRIKA gallery!

The value of the voucher depends on how many people it is valid for - one ticket costs 45.00€.

The voucher will be sent to you within three days as a PDF file by email. You can then print the voucher yourself and hand it over or simply forward it to the recipient by email.

The following terms and conditions apply:

1. The voucher can be redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions when making purchases on the website www.soulofafrika.com or in the SOUL OF AFRIKA gallery at Lindwurmstrasse 157, 80337 Munich. The voucher will be sent to you in the form of a voucher either personally or by email. The voucher can only be redeemed once.

2. Depending on the name, the voucher can be used for tickets for a wine tasting and/or for all works of art that are available in our online shop or in the gallery. To do this, simply enter the voucher code in the shopping cart and click on "Redeem voucher". The voucher will be credited to the invoice amount. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers or paid out. It is not possible to subsequently credit a voucher to an order that has already been placed. The voucher cannot be combined with other discount campaigns or vouchers.

3. The value of the goods must be at least equal to the amount of the voucher. Any remaining balance will not be refunded.

4. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.

5. Vouchers for wine tasting tickets must be redeemed no later than the end of the first year after the voucher is sent. After that, they lose their validity. Vouchers for all works of art must be redeemed no later than the end of the third year. After that, they lose their validity.

6. Voucher credit will not be paid out in cash and will not accrue interest.

7. The voucher will not be refunded if the customer returns the goods paid for in whole or in part with the voucher within the scope of his legal right of withdrawal.

8. The voucher is transferable. The seller can make payments to the respective holder with a discharging effect. This does not apply if the seller has knowledge or grossly negligent ignorance of the ineligibility, incapacity or lack of authority to represent the respective holder.

9. You agree to keep the voucher code secret and only disclose it to the person to whom you wish to give the voucher. SOUL OF AFRIKA accepts no liability for the loss, theft or misuse or delayed transmission (e.g. due to technical difficulties) of the voucher codes.

10. When using promotional vouchers, please note the specific terms and conditions for redemption, such as a special redemption period or excluded products.
